We will cover:

 *How herbs can help and improve your physical, mental and emotional state, even the most severe of cases *How to get started making herbal teas and what you tools and books you may need *What herbs are great to start with, as well as get some customized for something you'd like to improve in your own life *How to make your own herbal concoctions and remedies

An Herbal Tea Infusion will be provided to sip on during our event and after.
